Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a Sr. Operations Enablement and Optimization Manager to support the Snr Operations Director in overseeing APAC regional operations.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and proven experience in operations management across diverse markets. This maternity replacement fixed-term contract runs through end of June 2027, with potential travel and collaboration with remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Minimum 5–7 years of operations management experience, APAC region.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams and support senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day APAC regional operations.
• Help develop and implement operational strategies and processes.
• Support KPI monitoring and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor regional operations teams and ensure accountability.
• Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial stewardship.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to foster collaboration.
• Support senior leadership in leading regional projects and initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align operational plans.
