Job summary

Blackhawk Network seeks a Sr. Operations Enablement and Optimization Manager to support the Snr Operations Director across the APAC region. The role requires extensive operations experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage remote teams in a fast-paced environment. Travel within APAC is expected.

The maternity replacement is a fixed-term contract through June 2027, focusing on operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
• 5–7 years in operations management with significant APAC experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a multicultural, global region.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations across APAC.
• Support development and implementation of operational strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop regional operations team and mentor staff.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for regional ops.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Engage with customers, suppliers and internal teams to align operations.
• Support project execution and reporting to senior management.
• Represent the function in planning meetings and strategic reviews.
