IMC Trading is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager for a 14-month parental leave cover across APAC, including Sydney, Hong Kong and Korea. You will lead a Sydney-based team of HR Generalists and Coordinators, own the employee lifecycle, and drive mobility and immigration across the region while collaborating globally.

This is a broad, hands-on leadership role in a high‑performing trading firm. You will shape the mobility program, manage external relationships, and ensure smooth HR

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business or related field
• 6+ years in a generalist HR/HR Operations or shared services role in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading and developing a small team
• Global mobility and immigration experience across APAC jurisdictions
• Strong HRIS knowledge and data-driven mindset (Workday preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the HR Operations team in APAC (Sydney)
• Oversee mobility and immigration activity across APAC and beyond
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle from contract to offboarding
• Partner with HRIS, Legal, Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate delivery of HR Operations priorities
• Support regional and global HR projects and drive process improvements
