Job summary

WEX in Melbourne, Australia, seeks a Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of APAC Mobility initiatives. You will coordinate multiple concurrent projects, align cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining stakeholder commitments across Sales, Product, Legal, Engineering and Support.

You will translate business needs into structured delivery plans, monitor progress, and communicate status to sponsors, ensuring customer-facing solutions are deployed

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of multi-stakeholder delivery experience across technical or business implementations.
• Working knowledge of modern project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Experience tracking schedule, scope, resources, and budget with formal change control.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of multiple concurrent projects and program streams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define scope, milestones, metrics and deliverables.
• Build integrated schedules, monitor critical paths, dependencies and resources.
• Track risks, issues and blockers; manage change requests when timelines shift.
• Prepare governance meetings, status updates and working group reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to deploy customer mobility solutions.
