WEX in Melbourne seeks a seasoned Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across APAC Mobility, coordinating multiple project streams and customer implementations with cross-functional teams. You will translate business needs into structured delivery plans, manage risks, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining transparent communications with project sponsors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
Recognised PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP/CSM) preferred.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder technical or business implementations.
Knowledge of modern methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid).

Responsabilités

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of program streams and customer implementations.
Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Support.
Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk/issue tracking (RAID).
Facilitate governance meetings, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure successful handover to BAU and customer satisfaction.
