Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an APAC Regional Lead for the LER-I program in Australia and APAC, responsible for operational delivery, regulatory liaison, and strategic expansion. You will own the execution, compliance, and cross-border coordination necessary to scale the program while maintaining regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in responding to proposals and shaping technical solutions.
• 5+ years in program management or workforce strategy.
• 5+ years with business apps including EUC, SCM, CCaaS, data apps.
• 5+ years solving problems with telecom tech.
• 5+ years in Data & AI, ML, analytics, databases, or storage.
• Experience shaping leadership decisions at organizational level.
• Ability to explain complex tech to business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own operational delivery of LER-I in Australia and APAC at speed and scale.
• Lead APAC strategy for extending LER-I across new entities, countries and jurisdictions.
• Serve as primary regulator liaison for licensure, inquiries, audits.
• Partner with BD on deals and commercial agreements, assess compliance implications.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align strategy.
• Identify risks and propose data-backed recommendations.
