Job summary

Paramount is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to provide analysis and support for APAC employees. You will leverage ServiceNow and HR systems to resolve queries while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes data insights, reports, and system improvements.

Requires 3–5 years in HR operations, payroll exposure, advanced Excel, and knowledge of SuccessFactors/ADP. A collaborative, detail-oriented approach is essential for successful payroll and lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• HR Operations focus with data, reporting & analysis.
• Experience with payroll processing and related queries.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to present findings clearly.
• Experience interpreting Australian employment law and Enterprise Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse ServiceNow data to identify trends and drive efficiency.
• Track SLAs and manage employee concerns across Paramount APAC.
• Provide HR system audits and support external audits.
• Offer recommendations to improve HR systems (SuccessFactors/ADP) and coordinate with providers.
