Qualifications

• Experience leading regional/global payroll operations (AU/NZ focus).
• Understanding of global payroll best practices and multi-country implementations.
• Proven ability to manage payroll staff and relationships with providers.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete payroll function, ensuring on-time, accurate processing and compliance.
• Mentor and lead the Payroll Operations team.
• Be the point of contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and country regulations.
• Develop best practices, KPIs and SLAs for the team.
