Lighthouse is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the APAC sales team from Sydney or Melbourne, driving quota attainment for a fast-growing hospitality AI platform. You will coach reps, shape deal strategy, and own the forecast in a player-coach role that blends leadership with hands-on closing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a sales manager leading at least 6 reps.
• Proven track record of setting targets and getting your team to quota.
• Experience in international/multi-market environment.
• Hands-on with Salesforce or other CRM systems and sales tools; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the team’s number: set targets and growth plans; ensure each rep knows what success looks like.
• Lead forecast calls and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly numbers; flag risk early.
• Coach reps on MEDDPICC to advance deals with evidence-based triggers, not guesses.
