Mews is hiring in Australia for a senior sales role focused on APAC, owning a quota and driving strategic hotel technology deals. You will engage hoteliers, analyze operations, and close with credibility across GM and revenue teams.

The role emphasizes consultative, technical selling and strong AI fluency, with a base salary and uncapped commission. Base salary range in Australia is AUD 95,000–130,000.

Competenze

• Sales experience in hospitality technology with quota attainment.
• Hotel background with operational experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of hotel systems and day‑to‑day operations.
• Ability to sell in a consultative, technical way and speak credibly with hoteliers at every level.
• AI Fluency Level 2 or hands‑on experience using AI in daily selling work.

Mansioni

• Own and deliver a quota across APAC, closing larger and more strategic deals.
• Run consultative, technical sales conversations with hoteliers across ownership, operations and revenue teams.
• Build your own pipeline through outbound activity, events and roadshows, plus inbound leads.
• Use AI in account research, call preparation and follow‑up, share what works with the team.
• Keep CRM and forecast accurate, and coach newer sales managers as you go.
• AI Fluency Level 2: leverage AI to research properties, draft proposals, and turn notes into next steps.
