Job summary

Brunswick’s Freedom Boat Club in the Asia Pacific region seeks a Franchise Development Manager to drive growth, onboard new partners, and boost franchise profitability. You’ll build strong franchise relationships and coordinate training while aligning with brand standards.

You will work under the General Manager and collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities, deliver support, and ensure sustainable franchise success across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in franchise operations, business development, sales, account management, or multi-site business support.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed region.
• Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience using modern business technology and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for franchise expansion across the Asia Pacific region.
• Support the development and sale of new franchise territories.
• Assist franchisees with membership growth strategies and market development initiatives.
• Assess local market opportunities and provide recommendations for growth.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with franchise partners.
• Act as the primary liaison between franchisees and Freedom Boat Club leadership.
• Provide guidance and support to improve business performance and operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across the franchise network.
• Monitor franchise compliance with operational standards and brand requirements.
• Conduct site visits, business reviews, and operational assessments.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to support franchise success.
• Promote best practices throughout the franchise network.
• Assist new franchisees through onboarding and start-up processes.
• Deliver training and development programs for franchise owners and their teams.
