Responsibilities

• Customer interaction: provide updates and gather feedback to ensure service quality.
• Scheduling & Dispatch: allocate technicians by skills and location; optimize routes.
• Work Order Management: update service records and approve timesheets.
• Service Support: coordinate tools, spares, and logistics for repairs.
• Compliance & Records: maintain technician credentials, permits, and insurance.
• Reporting & Asset Tracking: prepare service reports and maintain equipment databases.
