In this role, you will play a key part to support critical service delivery across Intralox business in South APAC. Core Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure service quality.
• Scheduling & Dispatch: Allocate technicians based on skills and location; handle urgent requests and optimize routes.
• Work Order Management: Update service records and approve timesheets.
• Service Support: Coordinate tools, spares, and logistics for repairs and maintenance.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain technician credentials, permits, and insurance documentation.
• Reporting & Asset Tracking: Prepare periodic service reports and maintain equipment databases.
• Team Coordination: Organize internal meetings and events.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical services coordination, service operations, dispatch, scheduling, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience using service management systems, such as Dynamics, or the ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to stay calm and effective when handling urgent requests.
• Familiarity with compliance documentation, technician records, permits, or safety standards will be highly regarded.
