Job summary

Cresta is seeking a founding Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic deals with large APAC clients, starting in Australia. You will articulate Cresta's AI-powered customer experience platform, build executive relationships, and shape the sales process in a fast-growing startup environment.

You will drive multi-stage deals, design business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes while traveling up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

5+ years of SaaS software sales experience at an enterprise level.
Experience negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through large deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

Own the sales experience with key executives and decision-makers.
Run complex sales cycles from initial contact to close.
Design proposals, build business cases, and deliver compelling pitches.
Develop deep product/market understanding and articulate value propositions.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering to deliver exceptional customer experience.
