Job summary

Wonde is hiring a Business Development Executive in Sydney in a hybrid setup (2 days on-site). The true hunter role will own market mapping, lead generation, and campaigns from the ground up, with a strong focus on identifying commercial opportunities and building a robust pipeline.

You will compress the sales cycle and collaborate with technical, product and onboarding teams to ensure rapid client onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in SaaS or EdTech with hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities in APAC ed-tech landscape and convert into sales strategies.
• Own end-to-end pipeline and campaigns; conduct outbound outreach without shared lists.
• Shorten the sales cycle by addressing bottlenecks and moving deals to close.
• Deliver value-based pitches after mastering Wonde's product suite and ROI.
• Represent Wonde at industry events to drive brand awareness and pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline onboarding and internal processes.
