Equinix is seeking a Senior Manager, Capacity Management, APAC East to lead a regional team spanning Australia and Japan. The role focuses on strategic capacity optimization across data centers, balancing technical and commercial needs to support sales pipelines and availability goals.

You will drive a unified capacity management system, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver load growth forecasts to inform investment decisions. Strong leadership and data analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience leading teams in data center or similar sector.
• 10+ years' experience in engineering, project management, operations, or manufacturing with continuous improvement focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.

Responsabilités

• Leads a team of capacity engineers across Australia and Japan.
• Shapes and executes a regional capacity management roadmap and unified system for visibility.
• Provides data-driven insights and business cases for capacity investments and expansion plans.
• Develops cross-functional processes with Finance, IT, and Data Center Ops to align capacity allocation.
