Vantage Data Centers Japan GK is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Customer ICT for the APAC region to lead design and engineering for Customer ICT infrastructure across data center projects. You will own the ICT design lifecycle, oversee procurement, and serve as the main contact for department leaders.

This role requires extensive data center design management experience, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive consistency in product delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in design engineering, design management, or leadership in data centers.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of APAC markets and applicable building codes.

Mansioni

• Lead regional design packages, standards, and specs for ICT systems.
• Oversee the full design lifecycle from Feasibility through IFC.
• Maintain regional design management processes and KPI monitoring.
• Support sales and development teams during client meetings and technical presentations.
• Coordinate design changes across CSA, MEP, and ICT systems.
• Promote innovation in design delivery and low-carbon approaches.
