Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Senior Manager, Capacity Management for APAC East to lead a regional team across Australia and Japan, optimize data center capacity, and influence strategic initiatives. The role balances technical depth with executive-level communication to support sales and expansion plans.

You will drive program management across multiple countries, develop a unified system for capacity visibility, and partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure availability and efficiency in APAC

Qualifications

7+ years' experience in leading teams across the data center or similar sector.
10+ years' experience in either Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain management with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong verbal and written communication to influence across senior leaders and drive decision making.
Understanding of Data Center infrastructure and ability to present executive-level overviews.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of senior Capacity engineers across Australia and Japan.
Drive a unified regional system for capacity management with a single pane of glass for key decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to build and execute on a clear capacity roadmap.
Provide data-driven input to business cases and expansion plans.
