Job summary

Axis Communications seeks a Distribution Account Manager, APAC to lead regional distributor relationships and shape APAC distribution strategy. Hybrid locations in Australia or APAC travel are expected in a world-class technology environment.

The role coordinates with local account teams, plans for growth, and expands partner networks while managing enterprise opportunities and strategic accounts across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in sales, channel management or distribution.
• Experience managing strategic distributors or multi-country accounts, ideally across APAC.
• Strong commercial, analytical and planning skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable in a matrix organisation.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI or Qlik Sense is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership as commercial lead for the regional distributor relationships and account-planning rhythm.
• Align local Distribution and APAC teams around a unified partner strategy.
• Collaborate with distributor leadership, procurement, marketing, and business-unit stakeholders.
• Develop long-term growth plans for partner recruitment, expansion, and marketing.
• Identify opportunities to expand into enterprise segments.
• Lead APAC forecasting initiatives and provide consolidated views to sales regions.
• Influence senior stakeholders without direct reporting lines.
