Job summary

Axis Communications is seeking a Distribution Account Manager, APAC to lead regional relationships with strategic global distributors and shape the distribution strategy across APAC. The role spans multiple countries with location-dependent hybrid arrangements and ~50–60% travel across APAC.

You will coordinate with local and APAC teams, drive planning, and identify growth opportunities across partner expansion, marketing, and enterprise segments.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in sales, channel management or distribution in IT or security.
• Experience managing strategic distributors across APAC.
• Excellent English, strong analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership as commercial lead for the regional relationship and partner planning rhythm with strategic distributors.
• Align APAC and local Distribution teams around a consistent partner strategy.
• Collaborate with distributor leadership, procurement, marketing and business-unit stakeholders.
• Develop long-term growth plans including partner recruitment, expansion, reactivation and partner marketing.
• Identify opportunities to expand into enterprise and other key segments.
• Lead APAC forecasting initiatives and provide a consolidated view to sales regions.
• Lead strategic discussions involving major enterprise and global-account opportunities.
• Influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
