Job summary

Axis Communications seeks a Distribution Account Manager for APAC to own distributor relationships, shape APAC distribution strategy, and drive growth across multiple markets. The role requires collaboration across countries, functions and leadership levels to align priorities.

You will lead planning, forecasting and partner expansion efforts, coordinate with local account teams, and influence stakeholders across organisations in a matrix environment; travel across APAC is expected.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in sales, channel management or distribution, preferably in IT or physical security.
• Significant experience managing strategic distributors, channel partners or complex multi-country accounts, ideally across APAC.
• Strong commercial, analytical and planning skills.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI or Qlik Sense is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across APAC

Responsibilities

• Take ownership as commercial lead for the regional relationship and account-planning rhythm with strategic distributors.
• Align local Distribution teams and APAC teams around a consistent partner strategy.
• Work with distributor leadership, procurement, marketing and business-unit stakeholders.
• Develop long-term growth plans covering partner recruitment & expansion, reactivation and partner marketing.
• Identify opportunities to expand into enterprise and other key relevant segments.
• Lead the APAC forecasting initiatives and provide a consolidated view to sales regions.
• Lead strategic discussions involving major enterprise and global-account opportunities.
• Influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority
