Collibra’s APAC Professional Services Delivery team seeks a Sr. Manager to lead Architects and Engagement Managers, ensuring customer success across complex engagements in the region.

The role focuses on journey design, proactive governance, and collaboration with Services Sales, CE, Product, and Support to drive revenue attainment and continual professional growth within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7–10 years of services delivery experience.
• Proven history of building and leading professional services teams.
• Experience navigating and delivering complex enterprise customer engagements with measurable value-based outcomes.
• Exposure to AI transformation, data governance, data management, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strategically manage a team of Architects and Engagement Managers, overseeing performance and professional growth.
• Define standard service offerings, accelerators, and delivery methodologies with the PS Portfolio Board.
• Ensure high-quality delivery by aligning customer journeys with value-based outcomes and rigorous delivery practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, CE, Product, and Support to analyze root causes and drive resolution.
