The Director, Professional Services is responsible for the management and execution of BlackLine's customer implementation strategy throughout the As Senior Director, Professional Services APAC, you'll lead and build BlackLine's regional Professional Services organization from the ground up. This is a true build-and-scale role: you'll shape how we deliver services across APAC, owning the full client journey — from onboarding and implementation through ongoing services engagements across our product suite. With P&L responsibility for the region, you'll drive the financial and operational goals that fuel our growth, while developing the strategy, systems, and team that make it all work.
