Job summary

Susquehanna International Group (SIG) is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to lead Compliance technology requirements across the Asia Pacific region. You will bridge Technology and Compliance, aligning trading controls, surveillance, monitoring and regulatory reporting with business needs.

You will collaborate with Compliance, traders and technologists, gaining broad domain knowledge and contributing to the design of controls and reporting tools across markets in APAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Business Analysis role in an IT environment with SDLC project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required or related field.
• Experience in a trading firm, investment bank or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to assess, understand, implement and provide guidance on requirements.
• Plan and coordinate development and deployment in a large-scale production environment.
• Prepare detailed requirements documents with stakeholders.
