Job summary

SIG Susquehanna is seeking an experienced Python Developer with data visualization expertise to support Compliance and Trading Risk in APAC. You will design and maintain Python applications and dashboards, and integrate third‑party monitoring APIs such as Eventus to provide real-time oversight across APAC markets.

You will work closely with Compliance, Trading Risk, traders and technologists to translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable solutions, focusing on data pipelines,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Python development experience, including data visualization dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in financial/trading environments preferred.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python with data visualization libraries (Pandas, Plotly, Dash).
• Strong SQL skills and relational database experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python-based applications and dashboards.
• Integrate APIs from third‑party platforms (e.g., Eventus) into internal systems.
• Build interactive, data‑rich dashboards for real-time trading oversight across APAC.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Trading Risk to translate regulatory and business requirements.
• Understand data pipelines, APIs, databases and visualization layers.
