Job summary

Susquehanna International Group (SIG) – Technical Business Analyst Compliance – Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced analyst to bridge Technology and Compliance across APAC. You’ll lead compliance tech requirements, trading controls, surveillance, monitoring and reporting tools.

The role partners with Compliance, traders and top technologists to understand needs and deliver robust solutions across multiple markets in APAC, including equities and derivatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Business Analysis role in an IT environment with SDLC project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field.
• Experience in a trading firm, investment bank or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to assess, understand, implement and guide on requirements.
• Plan and facilitate development, manage backlog and scalable production environments.
• Prepare detailed requirements documents with stakeholders.
• Communicate project status to staff and management to increase transparency.
• Understand system integration across hardware, networking, middleware and software.
• Assist with testing when required.
