Job summary

Sage is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Analyst to join the APAC Commercial team. You will support performance, forecasting and strategic decision‑making across the APAC region, working with senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

This hybrid Sydney role offers exposure to regional planning, data-driven insights, and opportunities to influence commercial performance across multiple markets within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analysis, business analytics, sales operations or related analytical roles.
• Strong forecasting, reporting and data analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and handling large datasets.
• Experience using CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting across bookings, ARR, pipeline and renewals.
• Support quarterly business reviews, forecast packs and leadership reporting.
• Monitor performance against targets; provide commentary on trends, risks and opportunities.
• Deliver ad hoc commercial analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain forecasting and pipeline reporting with Sales and Commercial Operations teams.
• Support users of Salesforce, Clari and reporting tools to improve reporting consistency.
