Job summary

Salt is seeking an analytical Sales Analyst to support sales reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic projects in APAC. You will work closely with an experienced Strategy & Operations Leader and regional leadership to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

The role emphasizes dashboard creation, cross-functional collaboration, and using data insights to drive commercial performance in a global software environment. 12-month contract with potential extension or permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in sales operations or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• MBA is preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Dynamics and data tools a plus.

We are seeking an analytical and commercially minded Sales Analyst to work closely with an experienced Strategy & Operations Leader and regional leadership team.

About you

• 1–3 years' experience in sales operations, marketing operations, sales strategy, go to market or a similar role, ideally in software/technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field required.
• MBA preferred, but not required.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Using Dynamics for Customer Insights
• Databricks, Power BI, Tableau and/or SQL experience highly regarded.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Curious, proactive and keen to develop your career in a global technology environment.
• Initial 12 month contract and view to extend or may go to permanent opportunities
