Job summary

Salt is seeking an analytical Sales Analyst to support sales reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic projects in APAC. You will work closely with an experienced Strategy & Operations Leader and regional leadership to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

The role emphasizes dashboard creation, cross-functional collaboration, and using data insights to drive commercial performance in a global software environment. 12-month contract with potential extension or permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in sales operations or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• MBA is preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Dynamics and data tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales reporting and business planning.
• Analyse sales and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic projects.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and business performance.
