Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading L&D/Training or Capability functions in complex operations.
• Experience designing capability frameworks and development pathways.
• Knowledge of governance, assessment, verification processes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC training and capability strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement capability frameworks, competency models, and development pathways.
• Drive capability uplift initiatives to improve performance and employee effectiveness.
• Establish governance and verification frameworks to support risk and compliance.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions.
• Ensure training programs align with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and capability development.
