Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Senior Manager Training & Capability APAC based in Australia to lead the development of capability, learning, and competency frameworks across the Asia Pacific region. You will partner with business and operational leaders to build workforce capability, drive performance, and support operational excellence.

Extensive experience leading Learning & Development or Capability functions in complex operations like logistics or manufacturing.
Experience designing capability frameworks, competency models, and development pathways.

Responsibilities

Lead APAC training and capability strategy aligned with business goals.
Design and implement capability frameworks and development pathways for the region.
Drive workforce capability uplift to improve operational performance.
Establish governance and verification frameworks for risk and compliance.
Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions.
Ensure programs meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
Foster continuous learning and performance improvement across the organisation.
