Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Senior Manager Training & Capability APAC based in Australia to lead the development of capability, learning, and competency frameworks across the APAC region. You will partner with senior leaders to close capability gaps, drive workforce development, and shape a regional function from the ground up.

With high autonomy and direct exposure to senior leadership, you will influence strategic capability initiatives, ensure alignment with safety and quality

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading Learning & Development or capability functions in complex operational environments.
Proven ability to design capability frameworks and development pathways.
Strong understanding of governance, assessment and verification in workforce programs.

Responsibilities

Lead APAC training and capability strategy aligned with business goals.
Design and implement capability frameworks and development pathways across the region.
Drive workforce capability uplift to improve operational performance and safety standards.
Establish governance and verification frameworks to support risk and compliance.
