Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Senior Manager Training & Capability APAC to lead capability development across the Asia Pacific region. The role partners with business and operations leaders to build workforce capability and drive performance.

You will establish governance, design competency models, and develop development pathways, with high autonomy and exposure to senior leaders across APAC.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Learning & Development or capability functions in complex operational settings.
• Proven ability to design capability frameworks, workforce development strategies and competency-based programs.
• Strong governance, assessment, verification, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC training and capability strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement capability frameworks, competency models, and development pathways.
• Drive capability uplift initiatives to improve operational performance and employee effectiveness.
• Establish governance and verification frameworks for risk and compliance.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions.
• Ensure training programs meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
