Job summary

Waters is seeking a senior technical leader to shape the APAC BD COR service landscape. You will serve as the regional expert, handling escalations, improving self-sufficiency, and driving regional capability across multiple countries.

You will help deliver training and build a network of BD COR specialists to sustain high uptime and optimal customer outcomes. The role involves deployment, software releases, and close collaboration with global technical teams, with a flexible location across AU

Qualifications

Experience supporting complex diagnostic, life sciences or laboratory instrumentation.
Strong background in field service, technical support or escalation management.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting integrated hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Strong understanding of automation technologies and instrument workflows.
Experience delivering technical training, coaching or knowledge transfer activities.

Responsibilities

Act as APAC subject matter expert for the BD COR platform.
Support complex technical escalations and troubleshooting across the region.
Drive improvements in regional service capability and self-sufficiency.
Develop and deliver advanced technical training programs for Field Service Engineers and Technical Specialists.
Build and maintain a strong regional network of BD COR technical experts.
Lead troubleshooting best practices and escalation management processes.
Support regional deployment, installation and service readiness activities.
Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities to improve uptime and customer outcomes.
