Troocoo Government is recruiting an AO4 Project Officer to support a major transport infrastructure program in North Brisbane. This full-time labour hire contract is based in Deagon, commencing as soon as possible and running through to 30 June 2031, offering AU$60.06 - AU$65.82 per hour plus 12% super.

Reporting to the Senior Project Support Officer, you will provide project, business and administrative support across a complex program, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience in project support, coordination or administration.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in procurement, finance, governance, contracts or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide project, business and administrative support to leadership and delivery teams.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and project activities, including agendas, minutes and logistics.
• Manage document control, records management and information governance activities.
• Prepare and format reports, presentations, correspondence and project documentation.
• Support procurement and financial processes, including purchase requisitions and invoicing.
• Assist with contractor onboarding and workforce records management.
• Maintain project registers, trackers and governance records.
• Coordinate office and depot administration, facilities requests and asset coordination.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Contribute to a safe, collaborative and professional team environment.
