Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an ANZ Sales Leader for Grid Automation to own country strategy and deliver an annual Order Intake target of USD 40 million+. You will lead a high-performing team, align the automation portfolio with regional mandates, and drive complex negotiations across ANZ.

The role requires executive-level strategic planning, hands-on deal execution, and deep knowledge of grid modernization and energy transition initiatives within Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in technical sales or business development; 5+ years in senior sales leadership in ANZ energy market.
• Strategic acumen with proven ability to drive country-wide growth plans and year-over-year expansion.
• Strong knowledge of Grid Automation portfolios and digital grid solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own country strategy and growth roadmap for ANZ.
• Lead high-value, long-cycle negotiations with utilities and EPCs.
• Forecasting, pipeline reviews, and risk management for USD 40M+ OI.
• Develop channel strategy with EPCs and system integrators.
