Job summary

Geek+ is seeking an Assistant Solution Manager to engage with customers, understand objectives, and translate needs into effective robotic logistics solutions. You will work with sales to tailor demonstrations and provide technical insights across complex requirements.

The role emphasizes strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering or similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand objectives, challenges, and technical needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions and provide technical insights.
• Analyze customer requirements by evaluating systems, processes, and pain points.
• Create engaging presentations and demos to communicate value to technical and non-technical audiences.
