Job summary

Assembly Talent is partnering with a globally recognised fashion brand to appoint a key contact for operational support across the ANZ store network. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will own programs and drive improvements across the region, working with leadership and cross-functional teams on day-to-day operations.

You will collaborate with Store Managers and IT to implement system enhancements, manage stock take and compliance activities, and lead readiness for store openings,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or DTC operations.
• Confidence using systems, trackers and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into action.
• Hands-on approach with commercial judgement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Clear communication across stores and support functions.
• Collaborative mindset for a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational support for Store Managers across ANZ.
• Manage escalations and troubleshoot store issues.
• Own key operational programs like stock takes and compliance.
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams on system improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and lift efficiency.
• Coordinate vendor requirements, purchase orders and expenditure.
• Lead operational readiness for store openings, closures and refurbishments.
• Report on operational performance and flag trends and risks.
• Build strong relationships across stores, support functions and vendors.
