Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Retail Operations specialist to support day-to-day store operations across Australia and New Zealand. You will work with Store Managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure stores run safely, efficiently and in line with brand standards.

The role focuses on operational initiatives, vendor management, and multi-site coordination within the ANZ region. Strong communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management are essential in this

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in retail operations, facilities coordination, store support, or a similar retail environment.
• Experience managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting multi-site retail operations will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of operational initiatives across the ANZ store network.
• Partner with Store Managers to drive operational consistency and best practice.
• Coordinate and communicate retail operational processes, policies, and updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve store efficiency and simplify ways of working.
• Assist with store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and operational projects.
