Job summary

The Apex Group in Sydney is seeking a Regional Head of Facilities Australia & New Zealand to lead day-to-day facilities management, real estate, and security across all office locations in Australia and New Zealand. You will manage budgets, leases, office relocations, vendor relationships, safety compliance, and coordinating with HR, IT, and finance to support a growing global business.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ corporate facilities experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in-house Facilities Management & Real Estate experience in a corporate office environment or similar.
• Corporate / multi-site experience.
• Contract experience & negotiating skills.
• Lease knowledge, design, building materials, real estate.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to various levels both externally and internally in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Management for all office locations in Australia & New Zealand.
• Point of contact for landlords and in-house clients.
• Budget management for Capital & Operational spend; vendor contracts & relationships.
• Oversee Health, Safety, security, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate office relocations, refurbishments and space planning.
• Manage car parks, access systems, and office-related procedures.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Workday for payments and office orders.
