Job summary

ALO is seeking a Regional Asset Protection Manager to lead and scale AP across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Sydney, you will translate global AP strategy to local markets, safeguard stores, teams, and assets, and partner with Legal, People & Culture, and global teams to drive secure operations.

You will oversee field investigations across retail and e-commerce, manage third-party security, and support health & safety initiatives while delivering regular reporting on trends and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or security management.
• Ability to translate global standards into local programs and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and execute global AP strategy for AU and NZ.
• Analyze stock loss and shrinkage; mitigate theft and fraud.
• Lead site risk assessments and implement action plans to reduce exposure.
• Conduct omnichannel investigations across retail, e-commerce, fulfilment, and supply chain.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and close gaps.
