Job summary

Krispy Kreme Australia is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Manager to support daily manufacturing operations and lead a motivated team in Townsville. You will work with the Manufacturing Manager to deliver safe, efficient production, develop team capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring previous leadership in manufacturing or food production, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, safety, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory or team coaching experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehousing or another fast-paced operational environment is advantageous.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to lead from the front.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Someone who enjoys developing, supporting and bringing out the best in others.
• The ability to remain organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment li>
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
