Job summary

Krispy Kreme in Australia is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Manager to support our manufacturing operations and nurture a safe, productive team environment. Working with the Manufacturing Manager, you will help deliver quality products and drive operational success.

You will lead and develop Team Members and Team Leaders, coordinate training, support labour planning, and contribute to continuous improvement across safety, quality and production planning.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
• Experience coaching teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong safety, quality, and food safety awareness.
• Ability to plan labour and manage production workforce.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the manufacturing facility.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Members and Team Leaders.
• Ensure safety, quality and food safety standards are maintained.
• Assist with labour planning and workforce management.
• Monitor production performance and drive improvements.
• Coordinate training and capability development initiatives.
• Support inventory management and production planning activities.
