Job summary

TSYS is seeking an Implementation Manager to deliver our Worldpay payment solutions to merchants end-to-end. You will be the technical expert on product suites, guiding merchants through integration, setup, and live monitoring while coordinating with the Account Management team to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.

You will plan and deliver customer demos, provide training on product capabilities, and stay ahead of evolving payment tech trends.

Qualifications

• Proven background in managing projects and delivering customer technical integrations.
• Confident in managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to contribute in meetings.
• Technical expertise: CSS, HTML, JavaScript; server and web technologies.
• Proficient in PHP / .NET / JAVA / C/C++ and multiple OS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of payment integration projects for merchants.
• Define scope with customers and manage projects through to completion and post-live monitoring.
• Demonstrate and train product functionality to maximize merchant value.
• Coordinate with Account Management and cross-geo teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify risks early via regular stakeholder meetings and maintain project plans.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot incidents with merchant technical teams.
