Job summary

Uber Direct helps restaurant brands across Australia and New Zealand fulfil orders placed on their own channels through Uber's delivery network. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of restaurant accounts, serving as their day-to-day contact and partner.

You will drive launches, performance reviews, product adoption, and issue resolution, translating merchant data into actionable plans and shaping commercial proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B operations, customer success, account management, or retail/food management.

Responsibilities

• Partner relationship management with restaurant decision-makers across ANZ.
• Lead merchant onboarding and store rollouts with product/engineering teams.
• Monitor delivery and financial metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with merchants to grow direct delivery volume and support contract discussions.
• Coordinate issue resolution across regional and global functions to drive improvements.
