Job summary

tonies ANZ is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to own domestic operations, establish and manage Direct to Retail relationships, and lead ERP integrations in a lean, fast-moving start-up environment. You will collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales and Finance to translate forecasts into execution, while building scalable local processes, master data and invoicing workflows.

This role blends systems building with stakeholder leadership, including warehouse, 3PL, freight, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations management, warehouse/logistics or supply chain.
• Experience establishing Direct to Retail relationships and retailer compliance.
• Experience negotiating domestic freight and warehouse contracts.

Responsibilities

• Direct to Retail relationships: onboarding, order flow, compliance and service issues.
• Warehouse & Freight Operations: 3PL relationships, inbound/outbound, KPI monitoring.
• Systems & ERP Integration: ERP integrations, PO processing, invoicing setups.
• Collaboration with Demand Planning: translate forecasts to execution, stock availability.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: align with Sales, Finance and Customer Service.
