tonies ANZ is seeking an Operations Manager to build and run the domestic operations backbone for Australia and New Zealand. You will own DTR relationships, warehouse connectivity, ERP integrations, and local order/invoicing processes, working with Demand Planning to translate forecasts into execution.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service in a lean, start-up environment, embracing a hands-on approach and hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience establishing Direct to Retail relationships and retailer compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (Business Central/SAP) including PO processing and invoicing.
• Experience negotiating domestic freight and warehouse contracts in AU/NZ.
• Strong stakeholder management with Sales, Finance and Demand Planning.

• Oversee warehouse connectivity, 3PL relations and stock accuracy.
• Lead ERP integrations with retailer systems and PO/invoicing processing.
