Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a commercially driven Marketing & E‑Commerce Manager for Australia and New Zealand. You will lead revenue growth, enhance the customer journey, and manage a high‑performing marketing function from our Victoria head office.

The role offers hybrid work and cross‑functional leadership across local and global teams. Reporting to the Commercial Director AU/NZ, you will own P&L, drive product launches, and ensure compliance with AU/NZ regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' marketing/e-commerce experience.
• Minimum 2 years' management experience.
• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in car rental or related industry.
• Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Familiarity with product management methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Own digital channel performance to deliver revenue, conversion and AOV targets; optimise website experience.
• Provide market insights to guide strategy, demand planning, and investment decisions.
• Manage marketing P&L, including budgeting and forecasting.
