AbbVie Australia and New Zealand seeks a Value & Access Manager to lead PBAC, MSAC and PHARMAC submissions and shape market access strategies that support timely, sustainable access to AbbVie’s portfolio.

Working across local, regional and global teams, you’ll bring reimbursement, payer and policy insights into decisions spanning pipeline planning, evidence generation, pricing and portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical, Science, Public Health, Health Economics, or Business Administration
• Experience in market access, health economics, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry
• Understanding of the ANZ healthcare system and reimbursement processes

Responsabilités

• Prepare PBAC, MSAC and PHARMAC submissions with clear, evidence-based content and timely delivery
• Serve as market access lead on cross-functional teams delivering payer insights to shape strategy
• Contribute to reimbursement feasibility assessments for pipeline assets to inform prioritisation
• Monitor reimbursement and policy developments in Australia and New Zealand and engage stakeholders
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on access and pricing strategy
• Provide input into reimbursement and pricing assumptions for financial planning cycles
• Represent AbbVie with Department of Health, Medicines Australia and external experts
• Adhere to AbbVie's WHS, compliance and conduct policies
