Job summary

SoftwareOne in Australia seeks an experienced HR Lead to partner with our ANZ business through a pivotal transformation and integration. You will support about 350+ employees across ANZ, delivering strategic HR partnering and hands-on HR delivery.

You will coach leaders, manage complex employee relations end-to-end, and drive organisational change. The role blends strategic partnership with practical delivery, using Workday and people data for decisions and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Significant HRBP or HR leadership experience in a complex, fast-moving organisation.
• Strong Australian IR/ER experience; end-to-end matters.
• Proven track record coaching leaders and building capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR business partnering across Australia and New Zealand.
• Provide guidance on Industrial and Employee Relations, including performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, restructures and organisational change.
• Coach and enable leaders to manage people matters with confidence, strengthen leadership capability and make effective people decisions.
• Support organisational change, M&A integration, harmonisation and change adoption across the ANZ business.
• Partner with leaders on talent, employee development, succession and capability planning, identifying growth opportunities and strengthening capability across the business.
• Work with leaders and Finance on workforce planning and remuneration, using people data and employee insights to support informed business decisions.
